The Spanish UNC has drawn up a comparative study between different brands in which we can see which are the best yogurts in terms of nutrition.
This study produced positive results as many of the yogurts compared are of good quality, rich, balanced and tasty. The only element that varies are the nutritional levels. The study took place among 15 different yogurts of the best known brands that we can find in the supermarket.

The ranking of the best yogurts according to the UNC
1. Nestlé natural yogurt
The winner in terms of quality and nutrition, according to the National Consumers Union (UNC) is Nestlé brand yogurt. He wins with a score of 75 out of 100.
2. Natural yogurt Día
The second best classified is the natural yogurt Día, which presents itself with an excellent quality / price ratio. It gets a score of 73 out of 100.
3. Carrefour natural yogurt
Carrefour natural yogurt occupies the third position in the standings with 71 points out of 100.
4. Eroski Basic natural yogurt
Eroski yogurt scores 71 points out of 100, like Carrefour; and how the colleague of the third position shares nutritional values and price.
5. Natural Yogurt Condis
Condis natural yogurt gets a good classification with 61 points out of 100, and the price is also cheap.
6. Alteza natural yogurt
Alteza yogurt like Condis scores 61 out of 100.
7. Milbona natural yogurt (Lidl)
Milbona yogurt like the two previous ones gets a score of 61 out of 100. We can find this yogurt in Lidl stores.
8. Unide natural yogurt
Unide natural yogurt ranks eighth with 68 points out of 100.
9. Hacendado natural yogurt
Hacendado yogurt has the same score as Unide yogurt, 68 points out of 100. Unlike the previous one, however, it has a cheaper price and is sold in packs of 6.
10. Supersol natural yogurt
This natural yogurt is ranked with 66 points out of 100.
11. Gervais natural yogurt
This is a medium quality yogurt, it ranks with 62 points out of 100.
12. Alipende natural yogurt
The overall rating of this yogurt is 59 points out of 100.
13. Danone yogurt
The Danone brand is one of the most famous and well-known. Despite this, the quality of this yogurt is worse than those listed so far, it only earns 56 points out of 100.
14. Delisse natural yogurt
One of the worst according to UNC ratings. It ranks with 53 points out of 100.
15. Milsandi natural yogurt
An average quality rating for Milsandi yogurt that earns 53 points out of 100.
The best yogurts according to the UNC standard
- Price: Generic brand products cost half as much as yogurts from well-known brands.
- Flavor and texture: All the brands analyzed passed this evaluation successfully.
- Brand: UNC found that the best known brand, Danone, saves in nutrients. Among the worst we also find Milsani.
- Quality: the best quality yogurt is Nestlé. It excels in all aspects considered. Other yogurts with an excellent quality / price ratio are Día, Carrefour and Eroski.
Danone yogurt was not the only one that was considered negatively. Among the worst we also find Delisse and Milsani.
