We know that vices are certainly not good for you, and if you are pregnant they are even worse. Vices are the enemies of every pregnant woman. Certain substances or certain activities seem harmless in the short term, but when you are pregnant they turn into a threat.

A vice is nothing more than a bad habit and to be considered such it must be practiced repeatedly. These are activities that we practice constantly and that have an impact on our body, our mind and our emotions.

Sometimes we may not be aware that we have or are struggling with a vice. It becomes so natural that we see it as part of our life.
