The sweetest and most unforgettable period in the life of a human being is undoubtedly childhood. Innocence and pranks are two of the predominant characteristics of this wonderful stage in life. Memories are a divine treasure that will last over time. 

The moment when babies start crawling or walking is a very special event for us as parents. But it is also a great source of concern because, in addition to being parents, heads of households, workers, cooks, drivers, telephone assistants, we must also be supervisors who are active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We can also be attentive to the baby all day, but it is enough to get distracted for a thousandth of a second to “combine one of his own”.

Children develop an instinct for adventure that drives them to want to know “everything”, investigate “everything” and explore “everything”. And to achieve their goal they will let themselves be guided by their instincts, managing to combine unforgettable pranks.

The little ones have an ability to do and undo that you can’t even imagine. From electrical appliances to that old bathroom door that you weren’t able to align, to changing the entire configuration of your mobile phone and “helping you”, whether you need it or not. All driven by the generous desire to give you a hand.

There is no greater temptation for children than a box of crayons and a wall.  No matter the color, that wall, in that instant, turns into a huge canvas and they into the best painters in the world, able to create beautiful masterpieces.

Playing in the rain, eating dog food, landing in a mud puddle, having fun with freshly washed sheets, hiding car keys or throwing dad’s wallet out of the window are just some of the best pranks our little ones can get up to. until I can’t take it anymore.

We have to be very careful. Our children are not afraid of anything. They are endowed with extreme agility. Remember that their main goal will always be to “have fun” with the most dangerous objects in the house.

Their curiosity has no limits. That’s why we might find them inside the dryer, washing machine or refrigerator. Or while they prepare something good to eat for a snack. Or take a shower with a jug of water. Or intent on inspecting the contents of the garbage can. For this you have to be very careful that they do not get into trouble.

The kitchen and the lower doors are a new, magical world, which will easily allow them to transform themselves into chefs or drummers with the jars, pots and lids. And they will be the most beautiful rock stars you’ve ever seen, making their debut.

Although it seems incredible, the bathroom that you previously considered a place of peace, tranquility and relaxation, can easily become a game room where shampoo, mum and dad perfumes, talcum powder and even toothpaste are the perfect ingredients for the recipe that you will be nervous.

Mom and Dad’s room is one of their favorite places.  Our little one turns into an interior decorator and transforms our refuge into a real battlefield. There is nothing more fun than changing the place of things and taking off your shoes. Wear mom and dad’s clothes to do the parades. Not to mention messing up the drawers, the bed, and whatever else comes to mind.

Our pet can become his best friend, confidant and playmate.  To the point that it allows children to change its look, color it and dress it up. Simply because your pet considers him to be another member of his pack.

The innocence of children has no limits. They know no danger or evil. Remember they have just begun to explore the world. And you must extend your hand to them so that they can walk along it with confidence and safety. So when you see them doing pranks, don’t think about what they’ve done, talk to them, teach them things with patience and love. Because they will be able to understand you, even if you don’t believe it.
